Contract-Based Projects
For custom projects and services provided on a contract basis, details regarding payment plans, dispute resolutions, or refunds will be stated in the contract.
Digital Products
Given the nature of our products, refunds are not provided for digital items. Returns or exchanges are also not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read all associated details and asked any questions prior to purchase.
Instant Digital Downloads: All items in our shop are instant digital downloads, and no physical product will be shipped to you.
Accurate Email Address: Please ensure that the email address used to make the purchase is accurate and can receive mail. Studio Addie is not responsible for any digital downloads that are not received due to incorrect email addresses.
Delivery: Digital download links are delivered via email and are made available immediately after purchase. To access your digital files in the future, it is recommended to create an account.
